nick and family

Pastor Nick and his wife, Courtney, were married in 2013 and have four children. He was raised Greek Orthodox and Roman Catholic, but by God’s grace in 2005, repented of his sin and believed in Christ as Lord and Savior. Shortly after God saved him, the Lord directed Nick's family to a church that taught the Bible expositionally. There was a ministry through this church called, The New England Center for Expository Preaching, where he had the opportunity to learn and preach God’s word throughout New England. In 2009, the church affirmed his desire to pursue pastoral ministry and further Bible education.

Nick graduated with a B.A. in Biblical Languages from The Master’s University in 2012 and a Master of Divinity from The Master’s Seminary in 2016. During that time, he worked as a Marketing Director | Business Analyst and served as a pastoral intern at Grace Community Church and Lake Hills Community Church in Los Angeles, CA. From 2017-2024, he served as an Associate Pastor at Highland Hills Baptist Church in Grand Rapids, MI where he was ordained in 2022.

The Melonas family joined Grace Bible Church in May 2024. They enjoy spending time as a family, reading, playing games, and exploring. Pastor Nick seeks to be faithful to Christ, Courtney, his children, and the church. He prays his ministry is marked by expository preaching, prayer, servant leadership, discipleship, mission-mindedness, and anticipating Christ’s return for the glory of God.
